Bear Lake Paris Inn
Open year round!
Maximum 76 people and 14 vehicles for gatherings. There are 42 adult beds and 5 toddler beds, plus two roll-away beds upon request and availability. The base rate includes up to 40 adults. Each additional guest will be charged a fee of $15 per person per night.
The base rate ranges from $800 per night in the off season to $1400 per night during the peak season. Additional one-time fees:
- Cleaning fee: $500
- Tax: 8%
- Guest Insurance: $60 or $2000 refundable deposit
If rented together with the Paris Lumber Company, a discount will be applied.
Paris Lumber Company
Open May through October.
Maximum 71 people and 5 vehicles for gatherings. There are 39 adult beds and 2 toddler beds, plus two roll-away beds upon request and availability. The base rate includes up to 35 adults. Each additional guest will be charged a fee of $15 per person per night.
The base rate ranges from $1000 per night to $1200 per night during the peak season. Additional one-time fees:
- Cleaning fee: $500
- Tax: 8%
- Guest Insurance: $60 or $2000 refundable deposit
If rented together with the Bear Lake Paris Inn, a discount will be applied.
Apartments
Paris Suite Apartment
Open year round! Prices range from $99 per night in the off season to $350 per night during the peak season. Additional one-time fees:
- Cleaning fee: $150
- Tax: 8%
- Guest Insurance: $50 or $600 refundable deposit
Legacy Apartment
Open May through October. Prices range from $125 per night to $200 per night during the peak season. Additional one-time fees:
- Cleaning fee: $125
- Tax: 8%
- Guest Insurance: $40 or $500 refundable deposit
Wildflower Apartment
Open year round! Prices range from $90 per night in the off season to $175 per night during the peak season. Additional one-time fees:
- Cleaning fee: $125
- Tax: 8%
- Guest Insurance: $40 or $500 refundable deposit
Haven Apartment
Open year round! Prices range from $75 per night in the off season to $150 per night during the peak season. Additional one-time fees:
- Cleaning fee: $125
- Tax: 8%
- Guest Insurance: $40 or $500 refundable deposit
Booking
A deposit of half of the rental fee is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days in advance of your stay. Reservations made within 30 days will not be confirmed without payment in full at the time of initial reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Bear Lake Paris Inn and Paris Lumber Company
Bookings canceled 90+ days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund. No refund will be given within 30 days of the reservation.
Apartments
Bookings canceled 30+ days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund. No refund will be given within 14 days of the reservation.
Additional Fees
All corporate events held on the property will be charged a corporate event fee.
All reservations must have a person over 25 years of age as the group leader.
Wedding events must be approved by the management. All wedding events are charged a separate wedding fee.

Once you know that the dates you want are available, submit a payment for half of the reservation cost. If you are writing a check, make it payable to Bear Lake Lodging LLC and mail it to:
