Rates & Reservations

The Loft and Homestead at Bear Lake Heritage Park in Paris Idaho together accommodate up to 95 adults plus 7 toddler ages 3-5.  Bring your own port-a-crib. Each building has a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as ample restrooms and showers. Each building also has a grassy area and covered pavilion for outdoor meals and recreation. 


​HOMESTEAD RATES:
  • Base Fee:  $1400 per day, noon to noon (with some flexibility). Cost includes up to 35 people. Additional people are $20 per night. 
  • 3 night minimum required
  • The base fee covers use of entire building including fully equipped kitchen, restrooms, showers, large meeting room with piano, dining tables for 44 plus outside overflow, and grounds with picnic pavilion.
  • Beds: King, Queen, Full and Twin Beds Available
    44 adult beds plus 4 toddler beds for ages 3-5.
    If needed, please bring your own port-a-crib.
  • Cleaning fee: $300 per stay
  • Private Legacy Apartment (connected):   $165 per night.
  • Front Room: 1 Queen Bed. Separate bedroom: 2 Single Beds. Kitchen, private bathroom, and separate shower room.

LOFT RATES:
  • Base Fee:  $1000 per night, noon to noon (with some flexibility). Cost includes up to 25 people. Additional people are $20 per night. 
  • 3 night minimum required. 
    The base fee covers use of entire building including large fully equipped kitchen, banquet hall with piano, tables & chairs for 50, restrooms, showers, and grounds with picnic pavilion. 
  • Beds: King, Queen, Full and Twin Beds Available
    39 adult beds plus 2 toddler beds for ages 3-5 
    If needed, please bring your own port-a-crib.
  • Cleaning fee: $200 per stay
  • Hideaway - Private Room with bathroom (connected):  $100 per night.
    1 Queen Bed, 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, and private bathroom.
  • Private Wildflower Apartment: (across street) $150 per night 
    1 King Bed, 1 Single Bed, Private Bath and Kitchenette.

Discount: If renting both buildings (Loft and Homestead):
  • Base Fee: $2300 per night. For up to 60 people. Additional people are $20 per night.  


ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL PRIVATE APARTMENTS WHICH MAY BE SELECTED
  1. Haven: $125 per night 
    1 King bed, 1 single bed, 1 toddler bed
    Private entrance, and private bath
  2. Deseret Suite Private Apartment: $350 per night 
    Blue Bedroom – 2 single beds
    Beehive Bedroom – 1 queen bed 
    Parlor – 3 single beds and a queen sofa bed
    Private entrance, private bath and kitchen
  3. Private Wildflower Apartment: $150 per night

  4. Private Legacy Apartment (connected): $165 per night.

RESERVATIONS:

Deposit: Half of your stays total is due at time of booking. Second half is due 30 days prior to stay. 

Guests who leave early still pay required minimum per-person nightly fee plus daily base fee for the reserved dates.
