Get To Know The Heritage
Our Heritage at Bear Lake rentals were originally built in 1918 as the Paris Lumber Company and The Granary. PLC supplied lumber and supplies to the surrounding area and TG provided grain. We found these historic properties and charming town in 2020 with our respectful conversion starting in 2021 as a family business. The passion has been to provide a home away from home environment to those looking for a relaxing getaway, large family reunion, wedding, gathering, or a retreat. All buildings maintain their rustic charm and nostalgia of a bygone era while embracing cozy decor and modern conveniences.
We converted PLC into a large home that sleeps 39 adults (max 71)while our Bear Lake Paris Inn sleeps 44 adults (Max 76). Both buildings offer a fully equipped kitchen with dinning room with Large private grounds including a grassy area covered pavilion for recreation, picnics, weddings, or gatherings.

The 4 apartments have also been renovated and provide private entrances. The Legacy sleeps 5; it's located on the 1st floor and includes a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, studio, and bathroom with shower. The Wildflower sleeps 4; it's also located on the 1st floor and includes a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom, and kitchenette. The Paris Suite sleeps 7; it's located on the 2nd floor and includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, fireplace and a washer/dryer. The Haven sleeps 3 adults; it's located on the 1st floor and is a hotel-style private room and a bathroom with shower.
Our accommodations are in Paris, Idaho surrounded by picturesque mountains and located just minutes from the beautiful Bear Lake (the Caribbean of the Rockies.) The historic town of Paris includes the famous Paris Tabernacle, Paris Museum, Paris Canyon, and Ice Caves. Within a short stroll along Main Street, you’ll find an ice cream shop, an art gallery, parks, a donut shop, and many historic buildings.
